NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN
(Contest ended on Sept 30, 2002)

1. ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open only to individuals of eighteen years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, agents and affiliates of Absolute Effects Inc. ("Absolute Effects") and related companies are not eligible.

2. SPONSOR: Absolute Effects Inc, a Delaware Corporation.

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the contest constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these rules.

4. TIMING: The contest begins on September 1, 2002 and runs until September 30, 2002. To qualify for the contest, an e-mail entry must be submitted on or by 5:00 pm (Pacific Time) September 30, 2002.

5. ENTRY: To enter, sign up to our newsletter by submitting a valid e-mail address in above box. Participant may not submit more than one e-mail per individual. Entries received prior to or after a given contest period will be disqualified.
In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the contest participant. The authorized "account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
Absolute Effects reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Absolute Effects further assumes no responsibility for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, incomprehensible, invalid, illegible or misdirected submissions or claims; for partial or garbled or failed computer transmissions; or for technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to electronic malfunctioning of any network, hardware, or software or electronic or human error which may occur in the transmission of any information related to this promotion or in the processing of claims.

6. SELECTION: Two winners will be selected on October 1st , 2002 through a computer-generated random drawing among correct e-mail entries. Absolute Effects will notify each winner at the email address indicated on the entry form. The winner will be required to complete winners form within three (3) from the initial notification. If Absolute Effects does not receive acknowledgement from the initial winners within 3 days, then another participant will be randomly selected from among the winning entries until a winner is selected.
A participant's odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of correct entries. Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winning participant.

7. CONTEST WINNERS: Only one free net per winner. Winners will be selected from e-mail entries provided. Winning participates in the contest constitutes each winning participant's providing Absolute Effects person's name, city, state and phone number to allow Absolute Effects to contact winner for prize selection and shipment of prize.
Selection of the color camouflage as a prize is subject to stock availability at time of winners respone to initial notification.
Absolute Effects will not be responsible for replacement if a winning participant loses a gift certificate or allows it to expire. Additionally, Absolute Effects is not responsible There will not be any additional remuneration provided by Absolute Effects for participation in the contest.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Absolute Effects reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or any other factor beyond Absolute Effects reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest, as determined by Absolute Effects in its sole discretion. In such event, Absolute Effects reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Absolute Effects reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Absolute Effects failure to enforce any term of these rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

9. ABSOLUTE EFFECTS RIGHTS TO CONTEST ENTRIES: Submission of entry grants Absolute Effects and its agents the right in perpetuity to reproduce, publish, use, edit, adapt and/or modify such entry, in any way, in any and all media, without limitation and without additional compensation to participant.

10. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: Absolute Effects collects personal information from you only on a voluntary basis. This information would only be used by Absolute Effects, to contact you through our newsletter for the purposes of providing you with product information or services, or for processing an order. Personal information submitted by non-winning participants will not be used by Absolute Effects for any other purpose.

11. RELEASE AND LIABILITY LIMITATION: BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, A WINNING PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT ABSOLUTE EFFECTS, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, PARENT, AFFILIATES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY A WINNER IN EVERY RESPECT FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM CONTEST PARTICIPATION OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE.

12. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that any in the event a dispute shall arise between the parties to this agreement, it is hereby agreed that the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with California law. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and judgment may be entered thereon.
